We want you to feel confident about joining the Flow Jiu Jitsu System. This policy explains refunds and how to cancel.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions below. This applies to Lifetime Access (one-time payment) and to the first payment of a new Monthly Membership.
Conditions for a refund:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date;
- You have accessed no more than 10 lessons of the course (this limit protects against full-course consumption followed by a refund);
- The request is sent to bjjhouseokinawa@gmail.com from the email address used at purchase.
2. After the 7 days
After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable, because the product is digital and access to the full library is granted immediately. For the Monthly Membership, past months are not refunded — but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
3. Cancelling the Monthly Membership
- You can cancel at any time from My Account → Subscriptions on bjjhouseokinawa.com.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- You are not charged again after you cancel. The current month is not refunded unless the 7-day guarantee applies.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal). Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
5. Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact bjjhouseokinawa@gmail.com and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charge.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law and under Japanese law, including the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Under Japanese law, the statutory cooling-off period for door-to-door and certain sales does not generally apply to online (mail-order) sales; instead, our published return policy above governs.
