Who teaches it
Lesson Zero is taught by Helio Damiani Jr., on the mat of his own dojo in Ginowan, Okinawa — the birthplace of karate. He has been training for most of his life and teaching for 28 years, and he still moves the way he teaches: flow before force. He wrote two books about this way of training.
